What’s the significance behind the name, Lipstick & Ink?

Where are the products manufactured?

L&I products are made in Canada and are cruelty-free, paraben free, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and fragrance free! All of L&I’s products meet FDA and Health Canada requirements and follow EU and UK compliance regulations.

What’s the shelf life of all the products?

L&I products do not have a shelf life, as in it will not expire as long as the product has not been opened. However, we have a P.O.A. (period after opening), where a number of months/years are indicated for how long the product is good for after the product has been opened for the first time.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order via the confirmation email we send when the order is placed. We will also send another email when your order ships.

Can I update my order once it’s placed?

We process orders pretty quickly, but sometimes we can make quick changes. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email right away at kelly@thelipstickandink.com

Can I use more than one promo code per order?

No, only one promo code at a time is allowed.


Where do L&I products ship?

Currently, we ship only to all 50 states in the United States. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more when shipping within the U.S. Otherwise, shipping costs are a flat fee of $4.49 per order.

How will my order be shipped? How long will it take?

Order fulfillment at our warehouse can take anywhere between 2-9 business days depending on available inventory. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include tracking information. Orders shipping within the United States will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days upon order fulfillment.


My product was delivered damaged. What should I do?

Email kelly@thelipstickandink.com as soon as possible with the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to replace your item at no cost.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
